North Korea’s supreme leader Kim Jong Un has ordered his country’s troops to prepare for war. Kim gave the order after taking part in a tank exercise on Wednesday. On this day, he himself led the tank exercise.

A report by North Korea’s state-run Korean Central News Agency (KCNA) on Thursday said Kim praised North Korea as the ‘most powerful country in the world’ after taking part in the drills. It was then that he ordered his country’s troops to strengthen their ‘fighting spirit’ and complete ‘war preparations’.
South Korean experts say the tank drills completed on Wednesday were first unveiled during a military parade in 2020. They also said that the tank is now fully ready for installation.

Kim also ordered the military to step up war preparations during a visit to a military base last week.

The report also said that Kim is observing his country’s military exercises for the third time since the start of the 11-day military drills between South Korea and the United States. Kim sees this exercise by South Korea and the United States as a rehearsal for an attack on Kim. Since 2022, his country has intensified its missile launches. But this year, Kim has stepped up his rebellious attitude.
