Lebanon’s armed group Hezbollah’s Secretary General Syed Hassan Nasrullah’s martyrdom, the president of Iran. Masoud Pezeshkian left a message.
In the message given in a statement on Saturday, the Iranian president wrote that the long-time dream of martyr Sayed Hassan Nasrullah has been fulfilled. That is, he reached the highest level of martyrdom. Words are inadequate to describe his bravery, courage and unremitting efforts.
Mentioning the great pain in the hearts of oppressed people, Nasrullah’s martyrdom, Pezeshkian said, the name of Syed Hasan Nasrullah will forever be tarnished in the history of Islam.
“The international community will not forget that the order for this terrorist attack was issued from New York and that Americans cannot absolve themselves of complicity with the Zionists,” he asserted.
The Iranian president also expressed his condolences to the leader of the Islamic Revolution of Iran, Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, and the oppressed people of the world on the martyrdom of the Hezbollah chief.
Earlier, Hezbollah leader Sayyid Hassan Nasrullah was martyred in a brutal Israeli airstrike on the southern outskirts of the Lebanese capital Beirut on Friday night. Hizbullah said he had reached his ultimate goal.
Confirming the matter, Hezbollah said in a statement on Saturday afternoon:
“So those who sell the life of this world for the hereafter should strive in the way of Allah. Verily, whoever strives in the way of Allah, whether he is killed or victorious, I will soon give him a great reward. (Surah Nisa: verse-74)
Almighty Allah has spoken the truth.
Our great teacher, pioneer of the resistance movement, devoted and honest servant of Allah, brave leader, wise believer, visionary and believer Syed Hasan Nasrullah has joined the glorious caravan of martyrdom with the aim of attaining the pleasure of Almighty Allah. This is like an enlightened Karbala in the divine journey of faith under the feet of Prophets and martyred Imams.
Lebanon’s Hezbollah Secretary General Sayyed Hassan Nasrullah has reached his desired goal by drinking the nectar of martyrdom. He has walked the path of martyrs for almost 32 years and during this long time has given one victory after another to the resistance fighters. He assumed the leadership of the resistance movement in 1992. From the liberation of Lebanon from the Zionists in 2000 to the victory over Israel in the 33-day war in 2006, it was under his able leadership. He has been leading the Lebanese resistance movement in the anti-Israel struggle in solidarity with the oppressed Palestinian people of Gaza for the past year.
Also, we congratulate our resisting nation, our patient and mujahid people, the entire Muslim Ummah, all the free and oppressed people of the world, and the honorable and patient family of Lebanon’s Hezbollah Secretary General Sayed Hassan Nasrullah. May Allah Almighty accept him as a martyr of Baitul Muqaddas and the way to liberate Palestine. He led his life according to the guidance of Imam Hussain and was able to join the martyr caravan of the Imam in the attack of the traitorous Zionists on the southern outskirts of Beirut.
We, the current leadership of Hezbollah, pledge to this great self-sacrificing leader and martyr that, in solidarity with Gaza and Palestine, we will continue to fight to the last drop of our lives against the Zionist enemy in order to save Lebanon.
