Refugee camp attacked, helpless Palestinians burned alive

Israeli occupation forces bombed a tent of displaced Palestinians in a planned safe zone in the city of Rafah. At least 35 Palestinians were killed in the attack, Palestinian officials said. Many of them are women and children.

Al Jazeera reported that the tent caught fire after the attack. Many died in the fire.

Besides, Tal-as-Sultan area was also attacked. In total, over the past 24 hours, Israeli forces have bombed Palestinian refugee shelters in Jabalia, Nuseirat and Gaza City, among other areas. Palestinian officials said at least 160 people were killed in these attacks.

The Israeli military confirmed the attack, saying it targeted Hamas fighters using “precision weapons”. Israel also admitted that civilians were injured during the fire. But they did not mention about dying.

At least 36,000 Palestinians have been killed in Israel’s attack on Gaza since October 7. In addition, more than 80 thousand were injured. Most of the casualties were women and children.
