Sheikh Hasina is going to India today to attend Modi’s swearing-in ceremony

Bangladesh Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina will leave Dhaka for India’s capital New Delhi today to attend the swearing-in ceremony of Narendra Modi as the Prime Minister of India. With this, Narendra Modi is taking oath as the Prime Minister for the third consecutive term.

Sheikh Hasina will leave Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport at 10 am on Saturday. Tomorrow Sunday will attend the inauguration of Narendra Modi.

After attending the event, a private meeting will be held between the Prime Ministers of the two countries. After that, Sheikh Hasina will attend the dinner hosted by the Indian President.

Besides, Sheikh Hasina will participate in various official functions and state programs during the visit. The Prime Minister will leave for Dhaka from New Delhi’s Palam Airport on Monday evening. Earlier, Sheikh Hasina congratulated Narendra Modi on telephone last Wednesday.
