Strong earthquake in Taiwan, tsunami warning in Japan

A 7.4 magnitude earthquake struck Taiwan. The tremor was felt on the east coast of the country on Wednesday (March 3) morning. Meanwhile, a tsunami warning has been issued for southern Japan.
Al Jazeera reported this information on Wednesday (April 3).
A 7.5-magnitude earthquake struck near Taiwan shortly before 9 a.m. local time on Wednesday, the Japan Meteorological Agency (JMA) said.
JM said the earthquake could trigger a 3m tsunami in the Okinawa, Miyakojima and Yaeyama island regions.
