What the Chinese President said about the Israeli attack on Palestine and Lebanon

Chinese President Xi Jinping said that there should be no more suffering and destructive activities in Palestine and Lebanon. At the same time, he called on BRICS member countries to make efforts to maintain peace and work for common security.
Anadolu Agency reported this in a report on Thursday (October 24).
Xi said at the BRICS summit held in the southwestern Russian city of Kazan, “We must build a stable force for peace and grasp the symptoms and roots of the conflicting problems. We should come together to find solutions to deal with them.”
Xi also said, “We must continue to press for a ceasefire in Gaza, resume the two-state solution. Stop the spread of war in Lebanon. There should be no more suffering and destruction in Palestine and Lebanon.”
Russian President Vladimir Putin was among other leaders at the BRICS summit, where the Chinese president reiterated his call for an end to the war in Ukraine, as well as the Palestinian-Lebanon issue.
Russia launched a special operation against Ukraine in February 2022. It has now been going on for more than two and a half years. The war has killed hundreds of thousands of people and displaced many civilians.
The BRICS organizing committee announced that 36 countries are participating in this year’s summit. . At least 22 heads of state are represented. Leaders from Asia, Africa, the Middle East and Latin America, as well as representatives of various international organizations, are present. President Putin is leading the Russian delegation.
