Israel-US plans to attack Iran leaked

Israel wants to target military installations in Iran instead of oil or nuclear installations. This is what Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu told the Biden administration.

On October 9, Joe Biden and Netanyahu spoke on the phone about the attack against Iran. There, Israel’s prime minister announced plans to target military infrastructure in Iran. A US official and an official familiar with the matter spoke on condition of anonymity.

On October 1, Iran fired about 200 ballistic missiles into Israel. This is Iran’s second direct attack on Israel in the past six months. After that, Tel Aviv has been warning Iran to suffer extreme consequences as a retaliatory attack. Israel’s Defense Minister Yoav Galant said Iran would be “lethal, deadly and shocking.”

Meanwhile, US President Joe Biden has publicly stated that he will not support Israeli attacks on nuclear-related facilities. There is less than a month before the US election, in which process Israel will respond to Iran, Washington is also worried.

All sides, including the United States, are talking about preventing a full-scale war in the Middle East. For this reason, the allied countries advised Israel to counterattack in a limited form.
