Israel’s attack on Iran has ended, Rear Admiral Daniel Hagari, spokesman for the country’s Defense Forces (IDF). The Israeli official confirmed this in a statement. At the same time, he warned that if Iran makes another ‘mistake’, Israel will respond.
The Times of Israel reported this in a report on Saturday (October 26).
In a video statement, the IDF spokesman said, “I can now confirm that we have completed the retaliatory strike in response to the Iranian missile attack. The attack’s objective was successfully achieved.”
It also said, “We have attacked military targets and specific locations in Iran. We have thwarted the immediate threat to the state of Israel. The Israel Defense Forces have fulfilled its mission.”
Tehran said that if Israel attacks Iran in response to the missile attack, it will respond. This time, the IDF says, Tel Aviv will be forced to respond if Israel is attacked again.
“If the Iranian regime makes the wrong decision to launch a new attack, we will be forced to respond.”
The Israeli leader further warned, “Our message is clear. Those who threaten the State of Israel and want to drag the region into greater tension. There will be a heavy price for them. We have proven today that we have both the ability and the determination to act decisively. We are ready to defend the State of Israel and the people of Israel in the fight against crime and in the defense of the security of the country.”
