Dubai Unveils $598M Development with ELIE SAAB in Maldives

SAMANA Developers, one of Dubai’s leading real estate companies, has partnered with the global luxury lifestyle brand ELIE SAAB to unveil the SAMANA Ocean Views interiors project.
Announced at Dubai’s Madinat Arena, this development is ELIE SAAB’s first branded real estate project in the Maldives and SAMANA Developers’ debut branded collaboration.
Located just 20 minutes by speedboat from Hanimaadhoo Airport or a 45-minute seaplane journey from Malé, the project spans 507,651 square feet. It comprises 190 luxury residences, including beachfront villas, over-water bungalows, and poolside apartments.
Each unit is designed to showcase the natural beauty of the Maldives, with interiors crafted by ELIE SAAB. Featuring neutral tones, premium materials, and refined finishes, the residences blend timeless elegance with modern sophistication.
