Hezbollah ready for a protracted war against Israel

Lebanese armed group Hezbollah is reportedly fully prepared to engage in a protracted war against the occupying Israel. This is already reflected in their ongoing and increasing attacks.

This information was revealed in a report by the Alma Research Center in Israel on Saturday. The report was published in the Israeli news media Rial Yum.

The report said that the Israeli attack heavily damaged Hezbollah’s weapons depots. Which were stockpiled with short and medium-range missiles. Despite this, Hezbollah still retains the ability to strike Israel with major strikes.

In this regard, Tal Biri, director of Alma’s research department, said, “Hezbollah is ready for a protracted war against Israel and their ongoing and increasing attacks are a reflection of that readiness.

Rai al-Yom also quoted Amir Bohbot, an analyst for Israel’s Wala News, as saying that he referred to Hezbollah’s high-quality maritime military capabilities, missiles and advanced radar systems.

Amir Bohbot said that Hezbollah is believed to still possess naval ballistic missiles, which are capable of hitting Israeli ships, gas platforms and ports.

Hezbollah has intensified its military operations in response to Israel’s increased airstrikes and recent ground operations in southern Lebanon.
