Tel Aviv has published a map of ‘Greater Israel’ that includes the territories of four Arab countries in the Middle East. The new map claims that the territories of Palestine, Jordan, Syria and Lebanon are part of Greater Israel. This time, Qatar and the United Arab Emirates have strongly condemned the incident.

The map was circulated on social media this week. It includes vast territories of Palestine, Jordan, Syria and Lebanon in the so-called ‘Greater Israel’.

The map has been met with a storm of condemnation since its publication. Nabil Abu-Rudein, a spokesman for the Palestinian Authority in the occupied West Bank, called the map a clear violation of all international laws and resolutions.

He said the international community should take urgent action to stop Israel’s occupation policy, illegal settler attacks and the relentless desecration of Al-Aqsa Mosque.

The Jordanian Foreign Ministry described the map published by Israel as “provocative and baseless”. They said that Israeli actions based on racism cannot undermine Jordan’s sovereignty, nor can they violate the legitimate rights of the Palestinian people.

The Jordanian Foreign Ministry also called on the Israeli government to immediately stop such provocative actions and reckless statements. Otherwise, he warned that these actions would only increase instability in the Middle East region.

In addition, Saudi Arabia has also condemned and rejected the Israeli map. Riyadh said such extremist claims reveal Israel’s intentions to consolidate its occupation, continue its open attacks on the sovereignty of states, and violate international laws and norms.

The Saudi Foreign Ministry reiterated its call on the international community to play its role in stopping Israel’s violations of laws and norms against the region and its people. It also stressed the need to respect the sovereignty of other countries and their borders.

Qatar’s Foreign Ministry called the map a “clear violation of international legitimacy and resolutions.” However, the ministry warned that such actions could also harm peace efforts.

Similarly, the UAE’s Foreign Ministry condemned the map as part of Israel’s broader expansionist agenda. In a statement, it said such practices would further escalate tensions and hinder efforts to reach a peaceful solution.

The UAE reiterated its commitment to supporting international initiatives aimed at achieving a two-state solution and establishing an independent Palestinian state.
