Taiwan was shaken by the earthquake, four aftershocks in 9 minutes

Taiwan has been shaken by a strong earthquake measuring 5.5. Four more aftershocks were felt within just 9 minutes of the earthquake.

A magnitude 5.5 earthquake hit Hualien City at 5:08 PM local time on Monday (April 22). Then four more aftershocks were felt within 5:17 minutes. However, no damage or casualty has been reported so far.

On the 3rd of this month, an earthquake with a magnitude of 7.4 hit the city of Hualien in Taiwan. At least 17 people lost their lives. Many more people were injured. A tsunami warning was also issued in the country at that time.
