The media outlet reported that the explosion was caused by a Hezbollah drone attack.
Several other Israeli media outlets say that Netanyahu has been living in a “secure basement” since the drone attack by the Lebanese Islamic resistance movement Hezbollah last October.
Israel’s Channel 11 reported that the drone was launched from Lebanon, traveled directly 70 kilometers and reached Netanyahu’s house. The smoke from the explosion was visible from afar.
A source told Israel’s Channel 12 that Netanyahu and his wife were not present at their home at the time of the explosion.
