Cats deployed in Pakistan’s parliament building to catch mice!

Pakistan’s parliament building in the grip of rats. Important state documents are being destroyed due to animal infestation. And so the Capital Development Authority of Pakistan (CDA) has decided to deploy hunting cats to kill rats in Parliament.

CDA said that 12 lakh rupees have been allocated for this project. Pakistan media Geo News reported this news about CDA on Monday.

An official related to the project said that the project was approved on Monday. Apart from the deployment of cats capable of hunting and eating rats, special rat traps will also be kept at various places in Parliament.

The National Assembly, the lower house of Pakistan’s parliament, and the Senate, the upper house, have been infested with rats for a long time. Many important documents of the country are also reported to have been destroyed by rats.
