China’s successful satellite launch

China has successfully launched the Qianfan Polar Orbit-01 satellite. The satellite was launched at 2:42 PM Beijing time on Tuesday.

The satellite was successfully launched into space using a Long March 6 modified carrier rocket from China’s Taiyuan Satellite Launch Center, Anadolu Agency reported on Tuesday.

According to the report, the satellite successfully placed in the predetermined orbit and the mission was a complete success. This mission is the 530th flight of the Long March series of launch vehicles. Earlier, China launched a satellite in July. The country has launched a new communication and broadcasting satellite named Chongsing-3A.

The satellite was launched from the Wenchang Space Launch Site off the coast of the southern island province of Hainan. The satellite was launched by a modified version of the Long March-7 carrier rocket and successfully entered orbit.

Designed as a communication and broadcasting satellite, the satellite will provide voice, data, radio and television transmission services.
