Hamas rocket attack in Israel

The Palestinian armed group Hamas launched rocket attacks targeting several areas in the central region, including Tel Aviv, the commercial city of occupied Israel. Tel Aviv and surrounding areas were shaken by the sound of rockets fired by Hamas on Sunday. Al-Jazeera news

The Times of Israel reported that Hamas fired a rocket into the central region for the first time in the last six months. Another media outlet Jerusalem Post reported that these rockets were fired from Rafah in the southern region of Gaza.

The media also reported that loud noises were heard in Tel Aviv, Petah Tikva, Herzliya and Ramat Hasron after the Hamas rocket fire.

Hamas has confirmed the rocket launch in Tel Aviv and other places. In a post on the messaging app Telegram, the Al-Qassem Brigades, the military wing of Hamas, said the massive missile attack was carried out in protest against the Zionist massacre of our people.

Israeli local media reported that at least 15 explosions were heard in Tel Aviv.

The Israeli army radio reported that the Israeli soldiers are only a few hundred meters away from the place where the rockets were launched in Rafah. And by evading them, Hamas fighters were able to attack from there.

No counter attack from Israel has been reported in this incident yet.

Incidentally, the possibility of a cease-fire negotiation on Saturday has increased over the conflict between Hamas and Israel. In this situation, Hamas attacked Israel again today.
