Hezbollah fired hundreds of rockets at the Israeli port city

Hezbollah launched the largest missile attack on the Israeli port city of Haifa. The Israeli media claimed that the Lebanese armed group fired hundreds of rockets in the attack on Tuesday and Wednesday morning.

According to a report by Israeli local media on Wednesday, more than 100 rockets were fired at Israel’s strategically important port city of Haifa.

According to the Israeli military, 20 more rockets were fired from Lebanon towards Haifa that day. As a result, the total number of rockets exceeded 100 within half an hour.

According to the Times of Israel, some of these rockets were intercepted by Israel’s air defense system. However, several rockets directly hit the port of Haifa.

The Israeli military said that several houses were damaged in this attack.

Meanwhile, several powerful explosions occurred in South Haifa on Wednesday morning, local sources said. Israeli media reported that the explosions took place in Al-Karmel area, south of Haifa.

Warning sirens were also sounded in occupied Palestine from Haifa to Caesarea.

The Times of Israel reported that at least 10 missiles hit the Western Galilee region.
