International community shows failure on Gaza issue: Saudi

Saudi Arabia commented that the international community has shown failure on the Gaza issue. The Saudi foreign minister called for finding a solution to resolve the crisis. Meanwhile, Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas said that the Israeli aggression in Gaza will stop if the United States wants it.

Students continue to protest at various US universities to demand an end to Israeli aggression in Gaza. As the movement has spread to more than 20 universities, the police are making massive arrests.

In such a situation, Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas said that only the United States can stop the Israeli aggression in the besieged Gaza. He made this comment while participating in the special conference of the World Economic Forum in Saudi Arabia.

At the same time, Abbas also called on the United States to prohibit Tel Aviv from carrying out an operation in Rafah.

Meanwhile, Saudi Foreign Minister Prince Faisal bin Farhan bin Abdullah commented that the international community has failed on the Gaza issue. He urged to find a quick solution to solve the crisis.

However, in spite of all this, the occupying Israeli forces continued to attack Gaza. Bombings were carried out throughout the day on Sunday as well. Many innocent Palestinians lost their lives today. Many have been admitted to hospital with serious injuries. More than 34,000 Palestinians have lost their lives in Israeli attacks in the ongoing war.
