The United Nations has blacklisted the Israeli army for its attacks on Palestinian children in Gaza. The world organization took this decision in the context of thousands of children killed in the attack of the Zionist forces in Gaza.

According to the BBC report on Saturday, the United Nations has expressed its anger over the fact that many children, including children, were killed in an Israeli airstrike on a school run by the United Nations in Nuseirat refugee camp in central Gaza last Thursday. The organization has blacklisted the Israeli armed forces because children are the most affected by the brutal attacks of the occupiers. An official notification has also been sent to Israel in this regard.

It is reported that Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu responded to the decision of the United Nations, saying that the organization has included itself in the black list of history by supporting Hamas. Israel’s ambassador to the UN, Gilad Erdan, in a tweet shared on social media X, termed the move by the UN as “shameful”.

Gilad Erdan said it was a shameful decision. Our army is the most ethical army in the world. Only one person has blacklisted it. He is the Secretary General of the United Nations. He is encouraging terrorism. He is driven by hatred for Israel.

Stephen Dujarric, spokesman for the UN Secretary-General, said at a press conference on Friday that a UN official spoke to the Israeli ambassador about Israel’s inclusion in the UN’s annual ‘Children in Armed Conflict’ report.

He said that this has been done so that the matter does not get leaked. The report will be presented to the UN Security Council on June 14.

“The phone call to the Israeli ambassador is sad and unacceptable,” Dujarric said. Frankly, I have never seen anything like this in my 24 years of service with this organization.”

The UN’s annual report on children in armed conflict lists the ‘involvement of parties in violence against children’. It contains evidence of killing and wounding and information on sexual violence.

The list includes Russia, Democratic Republic of Congo, Syria and Somalia. Besides, there are organizations like Islamic State (IS), Al-Shabaab, Taliban, Al-Qaeda.

Palestine expressed satisfaction with this decision of the United Nations. Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas expressed his satisfaction with the decision of the United Nations and said that Israel should have been added to the black list long ago.

According to Gaza’s official count, more than 15,571 children have been killed in the Gaza Strip by Israeli attacks.

According to a UNICEF report, 9 out of 10 Palestinian children in Gaza are in “dire food crisis”. Many Palestinian children have died of hunger, thirst and severe malnutrition.

The World Food Organization (WHO) reported last week that 4 out of 5 children in Gaza go without food for at least one full day every three days.
