OIC strongly condemns new illegal Israeli settlements

Israel plans to build new illegal Jewish settlements on Palestinian land in the West Bank. The Organization of Islamic Cooperation or OIC strongly condemned this illegal plan of the occupying government.
Israel recently decided to establish at least five more settlements in the West Bank and build thousands of housing units in them.
In a statement on Saturday, the OIC strongly condemned Tel Aviv’s move.
The organization emphasized that these actions and decisions taken by Israel to perpetuate its colonial rule in the occupied Palestinian territories are null and void under international law and related resolutions of the United Nations Security Council. Especially under UN Security Council Resolution 2234.
The OIC said the international community should force Israel to end the massacres in the Gaza Strip and halt the construction of illegal settlements throughout the occupied Palestinian territory, warning of the dangers of illegal settlements in the West Bank.
Since the cross-border attack by Hamas on October 7, Israel has been carrying out continuous air and ground attacks on the Gaza Strip. Thousands of buildings, including hospitals, schools, refugee camps, mosques, and churches, have been damaged or destroyed in the Israeli attack.
Also, the total number of dead in the ongoing Israeli aggression in the Gaza Strip has reached 37 thousand 877 and another 86 thousand 858 have been injured.
