Saudi Arabia has decided to increase fees for seven services, including visas and iqama. This information was given through Absar, a business platform under the country’s Ministry of Interior.
According to Gulf News, the visa fee for entry and exit to Saudi Arabia has been set at 103.5 riyals. And the fee for residence permit and final exit has been revised to 51.75 riyals and 70 riyals, respectively.
In addition, the employee report fee has been set at 28.75 riyals. And expatriates will have to pay 69 riyals to update their passport information.
In an ex-post, Absar said that if someone goes missing after entering the country on a tourist visa, the person who invited them to the country can report it. In this case, they have to fulfill a few conditions.
That is, it must be a personal and family travel visa. The report can be submitted seven days after the visa expires, but the application cannot be made after 14 days after the visa expires.
The application can only be made when the visa expires. Only one report can be made for one person. The post also states that the report cannot be withdrawn after it has been submitted.
