A woman politician’s secret affair with her adopted son in Thailand has sparked a heated debate in the country.

According to a report by South China Morning Post, 45-year-old female politician Prapaparn Choiwadkoh was caught in bed with her adopted son Phra Maha, 45, by her husband. He drove for 5 hours and returned home to find his wife intimate with Maha.

Phra Maha is a monk. Her husband had been suspicious of Choevadkoh’s relationship with the monk. Choiwadkohar’s husband Sai planned to catch them red-handed at the same time. He was not at home on the day of the incident. After driving for about 5 hours, he returned home and caught his wife in close contact with his adopted son.

Phra Maha was adopted by Sai and Choewadkoh from a temple in Thailand last year, the South China Morning Post said. At the time, Choewadkoh said he felt sorry for monk Phra Maha. Currently this monk is absconding.

The news of the adopted son’s secret relationship with politician Choewadkoh shocked social media users in Thailand and some neighboring countries as well.

In a post on social media X, one wrote, ‘This is explosive news. It has many events. It’s like a perfect fairy tale. The world of the rich is truly fascinating and chaotic.’

Another said, ‘A 64-year-old husband, a 45-year-old wife and a 24-year-old adopted son; Who is also a monk? It’s such a mess. This case seems more like child-toy keeping than adoption. Even in drama, this script will not dare to be used.

A video of the Thai woman politician is doing the rounds on various social media platforms. According to reports, the video was shot by Choiwadkohar’s husband Sai himself.

In the video, her husband Sai asks Choiwadkoh, ‘Are you two happy?’, while his wife denies having a relationship with her adopted son, saying, ‘We didn’t have sex.’ Just chatted.’

“Nothing happened,” Frau told the South China Morning Post, pleading his innocence.

Choewadkoh is a popular female politician from the central province of Sukhothai, Thailand. Currently, he is working as the president of a local chamber of commerce. He became a member of the country’s political party, the Democrat Party, in March last year. His membership in the party was suspended after the scandal came to light.
