A video of Netanyahu went viral on social media after the Iranian attack on Tuesday night. where he is seen trying to hide in a bunker.

It has been reported that some of the missiles launched by Iran were hypersonic missiles, which set off sirens across Israel as soon as they entered Israel’s airspace. Thousands of people ran to bunkers and shelters for safety.

Meanwhile, a video clip was shared from some social media accounts. In which Benjamin Netanyahu is seen running down a bunker hallway.

“In the face of Iran’s retaliatory attack, Israel’s warlike Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu is running to seek refuge in a bunker,” claimed a post.

Another post said, ‘Someone please find Netanyahu a place to hide. He hides in the bunker to save his life. Leaving the citizens of his country insecure, he is fleeing for self-defense.

However, the viral video has been proven to be at least three years old. The same video was shared in a Facebook post in 2021. The video originally showed Netanyahu running down the hallway of Israel’s national parliament, the Knesset.

Meanwhile, in response to Iran’s missile attack, the Prime Minister of Israel said on Wednesday, “Iran made a big mistake on Tuesday night and they will pay a heavy price for it.” Those who attack us, we attack them.

On the other hand, Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) claimed that 90 percent of its missiles successfully hit their intended targets, despite Israel’s advanced defense systems being active. Source: NDTV
