Decision to keep public hearing and complaint box at Bangladesh Embassy in Kuwait

The Bangladesh Embassy has decided to know the various problems of Bangladeshis living in Kuwait and take necessary steps to solve them. The embassy has decided to organize a public hearing on the second Sunday of every month for the purpose of maintaining transparency, accountability and increasing the quality of passport and consular services in providing the overall service of the embassy.
Major General Syed Tarek Hossain, the ambassador of Bangladesh assigned to Kuwait, said this in an exchange of views with expatriate journalists working in the national media of Bangladesh.
In view of this, the public hearing will be held in the hall of the embassy on Sunday at 2 pm. The public hearing is open to all and any interested person can participate in the public hearing. The ambassador will be present at the public hearing.
Syed Tarek Hossain said that the complaint box will be kept at the embassy. There expatriates have their opinions and suggestions complaints, accordingly the quality of consular services will be improved.
Mohammad Moniruzzaman, Counselor and Head of Embassy of Bangladesh Embassy in Kuwait, was present in the meeting of expatriate journalists with the ambassador.
Also present were journalists Moin Uddin Sarkar Sumon, Ah Jubed, Al-Amin Rana, Sadek Ripon, Mohammad Hebju Mia and Mohsin Parvez.
