A secret document in this regard was recently leaked from the Pentagon, the US military headquarters. Since then, the fuss has started.
With Biden’s secret permission, the Israeli air and naval forces have been preparing to attack Iran since October 15-16.
Meanwhile, Biden has found himself in a very embarrassing situation due to the leak of documents authorizing Israel to attack Iran.
White House Security Council spokesman John Kirby said at a press conference on Monday that President Joe Biden is very concerned about the leak of secret documents.
It is worth noting that Israel is preparing a major attack there to respond to the October 1 missile attack on Iran. A government official gave this information in an interview with Israel’s state-run television channel Kan 11 on Monday.
In the interview, the official said that Israel is preparing for a major attack on Iran. In addition, the (Israeli) defense forces are being strengthened to prevent any possible attack by Iran.
On October 1, the elite branch of the Iranian military, the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC), launched about 200 ballistic missiles at Israel overnight. Two days after the attack, Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian told reporters in Qatar on October 3 that if Israel does not stop its military operations in Gaza and Lebanon, more such attacks will occur in the near future.
After the Iranian attack, Israel began intensive discussions with the United States and other allies about its security and the overall situation in the Middle East. Based on these discussions, the United States deployed its missile defense weapon THAAD to Israel last Saturday.
