Bomb threat in Mumbai, plane makes emergency landing

An IndiGo flight made an emergency landing at the Mumbai airport in India on Saturday. The plane made an emergency landing due to a bomb threat.

Indian news outlet News 18 said Flight 6E 5314 was traveling from Chennai to Mumbai. After landing at Mumbai airport, the flight was undergoing a check-up.

Indigo Air said the crew was following protocol after landing. The aircraft has been moved to isolated parking as per safety guidelines. All passengers were safely disembarked. After the security check it will be taken to the main terminal.

A day earlier, a Vistara flight received a bomb threat at Srinagar airport in Jammu and Kashmir. Later it turns out to be fake.
