Pakistan wants to resume trade relations with India

Pakistan has expressed its desire to resume trade relations with India. Pakistan’s Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar gave this indication at a press conference in London after participating in the Nuclear Energy Summit in Brussels, Belgium on Saturday. News from The Express Tribune.
At the press conference, he hinted at a possible shift in diplomatic stance towards the neighboring country, highlighting the interest of Pakistan’s business community in resuming trade with India.
In response to a question from journalists, Ishaq Dar said, “We will seriously consider the issues of trade with India.”
Meanwhile, the Foreign Minister of Pakistan also mentioned the implementation of a five-year road map to bring the country back on the path of economic progress and reduce the economic hardship and inflation of the common people.
Earlier in August 2019, India revoked the special autonomous status of Occupied Jammu and Kashmir. After that, Pakistan suspended trade relations with India in protest of such action of the country.
