Riyadh-based AI customer experience management platform Lucidia has become the first company in Saudi Arabia to offer three days off a week to employees. Which means the employees of this company will work four days a week from now. Three more days will be spent. Saudi Arabia usually has two days off per week.

Meanwhile, Saudi Arabia’s human resources expert. Khalil al-Thyabi called for the Saudi weekend to align with the rest of the world.
He said, since Saturday and Sunday are closed weekly in G-20 alliance countries. If they can do the same in Saudi Arabia then it will be good for the country’s economy.
