President of Egypt in Saudi Arabia to perform Hajj

Egyptian President Abdel Fattah Al-Sisi arrived in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia to perform the Holy Hajj.

He arrived in the city of Jeddah on Friday (June 14). News of Arab News. Al-Sisi went to Saudi Arabia on Thursday (June 13). After that he prayed at the Prophet’s Mosque in Madinah.

The governor of Medina, Prince Salman bin Sultan bin Abdul Aziz, saw off the Egyptian president wearing Ihram at the Prince Mohammed bin Abdulaziz International Airport on Friday.

Meanwhile, the holy Hajj ceremony has started on Friday. Devout Muslims have already reached Mina in Saudi Arabia to perform Hajj. Yesterday Thursday (June 13) evening, some walked, some rode vehicles and gathered there. Today the Minar desert of the tent city will be resounding with the sound of ‘Labbaik, Allahumma Labbaik, Labbaika La Sharika Laka Labbaik’.

Hajj begins on the 8th of Zilhaj, the last month of the Arabic calendar. Then 9 Zilhaj is the day of Arafat. And 10 Zilhaj performed animal sacrifice. Today is the 8th of the month of Zilhaj in the year 1445 of the Arabic Hijri year (according to the date of Saudi Arabia). After the 10th Zilhaj Qurbani, there are two more days of Hajj rituals. That means it takes five days to complete Hajj.

About 2 million Muslims from all over the world have participated in Hajj this year. 82 thousand 772 people have gone for Hajj from Bangladesh.
