Saudi Government Warning for Hajj Pilgrims

This year’s Hajj ceremony has started in Saudi Arabia. As it is the summer season, it is currently very hot in Saudi Arabia; In this situation, the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah Affairs of the country has issued a heat warning to the pilgrims.

Incidentally, as in June of previous years, it has been extremely hot in Saudi Arabia this year. The temperature in the plains is exceeding 40 degrees every day. Temperatures in some mountainous regions reach 70 degrees Celsius. The current average temperature in Makkah is 44 degrees Celsius.

According to Islamic law, after returning to 10 Zilhaj Mina, the Hajid has to perform four tasks in sequence. Stone stoning at Satan, animal sacrifice to Allah, head shaving and Tawaf pilgrimage. After 11th and 12th Zilhaj, pilgrims will throw three symbolic stones to Satan every day. Finally, the Hajj ceremony will end with the farewell Tawaf of Kaaba Sharif.

This year, anyone found without a Tasrih or Nusuk card to enter Mecca will be fined 10,000 Saudi Riyals and imprisoned. Digital A Nusuk Card contains all the necessary information of the concerned pilgrim. This card must be shown if you want to enter Mina, Arafat, Muzdalifa, Masjidul Haram for Hajj.
