The country’s junta has ordered the evacuation of villages around Sitteh, the capital of Rakhine state.

The junta recently asked everyone to leave the villages and move to the cities after the country’s anti-junta rebel group, the Arakan Army, threatened to take control of Sitt.

The junta has lost a lot of territory to the Arakan Army in Rakhine.

After the Arakan Army threatened to take control of Sitteh, the junta has given residents of 15 villages there five days to move to the capital.

A resident of a village near Sitt said that the army has threatened to shoot anyone found in the village after Saturday.

The last time to vacate the villages is 10 am on Saturday.

This order has been given for the safety of the people of the village. More than three and a half thousand people live in this village. However, no accommodation was provided for these people.
