The attack on Lebanon comes after Netanyahu’s administration issued a warning message to Hezbollah over an attack on the Israeli-occupied Golan Heights.

Early Sunday morning, the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) said it struck seven Hezbollah installations inside Lebanon. However, the extent of damage or casualties in the attack is not yet known.

Earlier in Saturday’s attack, the (IDF) said a rocket fired by Lebanon’s powerful terrorist group Hezbollah hit a soccer field in the Majdal Shams area of ​​the Golan Heights. At least 12 people including children were killed. At least 19 people were injured. Israel blamed the Iranian-backed Lebanese armed group Hezbollah for the attack. At the same time, the Israeli Prime Minister gave a warning message that Hezbollah will pay a heavy price for this attack. However, Hezbollah has denied responsibility for the attack.

Israel and Hamas have been fighting in Gaza since October last year. In support of the Palestinians, Hezbollah said that attacks on Israel will continue if the aggression in Gaza is not stopped.
