Norway has instructed its citizens to leave Lebanon due to rising tensions between Israel and the Lebanese armed group Hezbollah.

Al Jazeera reported this information in a report on Sunday (July 28). The Norwegian Embassy in Beirut said in a Facebook message that there is a growing fear of an all-out war between Lebanon’s Hezbollah and Israel.

The Norwegian authorities said in a statement that all citizens of Norway are being instructed to leave Lebanon in the current situation of Israel-Hezbollah.

If the situation worsens, it will become difficult to get out of Lebanon. In such a situation, the Norwegian Embassy cannot take any action regarding citizens leaving Lebanon. Therefore, they are urged to leave Lebanon early.

Israel-Hezbollah relations have heated up over Saturday’s (July 27) rocket attack on a playground in the Golan Heights. Israel blamed Hezbollah for the attack, but Hezbollah denied responsibility for the attack.
