Oman gave bad news, alert issued

The Middle Eastern country of Oman is currently undergoing rehabilitation after record rainfall. In the meantime, the authorities have again given bad news about the weather.

It is known that Oman’s National Multi-Hazard Warning Center has warned that there will be heavy rain with hail again from Tuesday.

The weather report issued by the Civil Aviation Authority mentions a few regions by name. It said that Muscat, Al Buraimi, North and South Al Batinah, Ad Dahirah, Al Dakhiliyah, North and South Al Sharqiyah and Musandam are going to be heavily affected.

At this time, there is a possibility of rain, thunder storm and the resulting flooding in different parts of Oman with 10 to 30 mm of thunder to increase the suffering in public life again.

Meanwhile, according to the forecast, this hostile weather may last for 3 days i.e. till Thursday. Expatriates and citizens have been warned that this time too there is a possibility of low-lying areas like last week. Besides, there will be strong water currents in the wadi. Which can lead to loss of life if not careful.

Earlier, extensive damage was recorded in Oman due to heavy rains and subsequent floods that started on Sunday last week.

21 people died including expatriate Bangladeshi, Komalmati school students. Apart from that, the roads and houses were damaged, which are still being repaired.
