Iranian officials informed Saudi Arabia and the Gulf countries two days before the unprecedented attack on Israel. So that these countries can protect their airspace during the attack. However, Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates (UAE) reported that information to the United States. The Israeli newspaper Haaretz reported this information about the influential US newspaper The Wall Street Journal.

Meanwhile, an Israeli media claimed that Israel or Saudi Arabia cooperated to prevent Iranian missile attacks. However, Saudi Arabia rejected such a claim.

However, the Israeli media reported the cooperation by citing the official website of Saudi Arabia. When the Saudi media Al Arabiya News tried to verify this news through their own sources, the Saudi authorities denied the truth of the incident.

The source told Al Arabiya News that nothing about Saudi Arabia’s participation in preventing Iranian attacks on Israel was printed on any of the government’s official websites.

On April 1, Israel attacked the Iranian consulate in Damascus, the capital of Syria. Several Iranian military commanders were killed. In response, Iran attacked Israel with more than three hundred drones and missiles on Saturday. Yet 99 percent of Iranian missiles and drones have been destroyed by Israel and its allies before they hit.

Several Western countries have called on Israel to avoid escalating the conflict in the Middle East, but Israel’s military chief said the country would respond to Iranian attacks. Israel’s military chief of staff, Harji Halevi, said his country would respond to the attack. However, he did not elaborate on this matter.
