Türkiye will not surrender to pro-Israel lobbies: Erdogan

Türkiye will not bow to pro-Israel lobbies. Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan said this in a speech given at an iftar program in Istanbul on Saturday.
He said, ‘Türkiye is aware of those who support Israel. We are aware of who supports Israel and the lobbies behind them. We have not yielded to these lobbies so far and will not do so in the future.’
Apart from Turkey and a few other countries, very few parties have raised their voices against Israel and its Western supporters, he said in a speech at the Iftar program.
Along with the Palestinian people, all innocent people around the world are witnessing Turkey’s efforts, Erdogan said.
He also said that the occupying Israeli forces in Gaza have deliberately targeted hospitals and health workers as well as mosques.
