The leader of Yemen’s Ansarullah movement, Abdul-Malik Badruddin al-Houthi, has alleged that the US is stealing Syrian oil. And after looting everything from Palestine, Israel is now looking at Syria’s clear water springs.

This information was reported in a report by Iran’s state news agency IRNA on Friday.

According to the report, al-Houthi said in his weekly television address that no measures have been taken to protect Syria’s important weapons and strategic capabilities. He expressed regret over this and called it a ‘strange and surprising indifference’.

The Yemeni leader also claimed that ‘the Zionist occupation forces are attacking Syria by land, sea and air and sending teams to steal specific documents, equipment and research’.

Al-Houthi also stated that Iran is fully fulfilling its responsibilities on the Palestinian issue. He also called Iran a ‘unique nation’.

Role of the US and Israel

Al-Houthi described the US and Israel as ‘two sides of the same coin’. He said,

‘Western countries are legitimizing all the crimes of the occupiers under the guise of ‘self-defense’ despite violating international laws and standards.’

Gaza situation

Meanwhile, regarding the ongoing violence in the Gaza Strip, Al-Houthi said that the occupying Zionist forces are wreaking havoc in Gaza in a planned manner. Israel has killed more than 45,000 Palestinians there so far.

He referred to the terrible situation in Jabalia, Gaza, and said, ‘The Zionists are waging war with weapons of hunger, obstructing humanitarian aid, and creating chaos through incessant attacks on hospitals.’

The Ansarullah leader also said, “At least 700 aid workers were martyred in Gaza, they were killed deliberately by the Israeli occupation forces.”

These allegations by Abdul-Malik al-Houthi reflect the growing anger in the Arab world against the US and the Israeli occupation.
