Major protests block highways in Israel

In Palestine, a large number of people of the country have protested to demand the release of Israeli hostages by Hamas. The protests continued on Friday by blocking a highway connecting Tel Aviv and Jerusalem. It creates massive traffic jams.
Protesters set fire in the middle of the road. They protested with placards containing pictures of hostages. They demanded an agreement with Hamas as soon as possible.
Most of the protesters are family members of the hostages. Since the unprecedented attack by Hamas in Tel Aviv on October 7, ordinary Israelis have been protesting to demand the release of the hostages.
