Israel killed three of its own sons, Hamas chief said

Three sons of Hamas leader Ismail Haniyeh were killed in an Israeli airstrike in the Gaza Strip. The Hamas leader also lost dozens of relatives, including grandchildren, in the attack.

The names of the three children killed are Hazem, Amir and Mohammad. However, the killing of the boys will not affect the ceasefire, the Hamas chief said.

He made this comment in an interview given to Al Jazeera.

Ismail Haniya said that Israel has carried out such an attack to destroy the ceasefire negotiation process with Hamas. If they think that Hamas’ position will change after this attack, then it is their delusion.

With the blood of the martyrs and the pain of the wounded, we create hope, we create the future, we create freedom and independence for our people and our nation, the Hamas leader said.

Haniya from Qatar said, “I am grateful for the honor that God has given to my three children and some grandchildren. My sons have been honored as martyrs. They remain with our Palestinian people in Gaza. They did not leave and did not run away.
