Israeli soldiers killed in Hezbollah drone attack

An Israeli soldier was killed in a drone attack by the Lebanese armed group Hezbollah. The drone attack took place on the Lebanese border in northern Israel on Wednesday. The Israeli army (IDF) confirmed the death of a soldier on Thursday morning. The name of the soldier who was killed as a sergeant was Raphael Couders. Whose age is approximately 39 years. Rafael was on duty at the Lebanese border in Hurfish, a town in northern Israel. He was seriously injured in the drone attack and was sent to a hospital in the area for immediate treatment. Later he died when the condition worsened.

The Israeli army said that a reserve soldier was also seriously injured in the attack. The Iranian-backed Lebanese armed group Hezbollah has been targeting Israeli installations since last October in protest against attacks on Palestine.
